Who is Wolfpack for?
For people who want to get stronger with their own body, but have no patience for vague advice or random workout plans.

Ambitious beginner
You want to start without months of fumbling around. A coach watches every rep and builds your strength, control and technique in steps you can manage.
Busy professional
You want to train around your job without it taking over your week. Two sessions a week already bring serious progress, as long as you work on what's holding you back.
Stuck veteran
You've been training for a while, but your muscle-up or handstand isn't moving. We find where it breaks down, often grip, pulling height or dip depth, and give you progressions that target it.
Coaches
A coach watches your technique, tells you honestly what needs to improve and knows which progression comes next.

Frequently asked questions
Before you get started, you may want to know what to expect. Whether you're trying calisthenics for the first time, want to train independently or would like to see the gym first, you'll find practical answers here.
Do the coaches speak English?
Yes. Sessions and coaching can be in English.
Can I start as a beginner, or do I need strength already?
Yes, complete beginners are welcome. You don't need to be able to do a pull-up or have calisthenics experience. We adapt the exercises and progression to your level and goals.
What if I have an injury or a limitation?
Let us know beforehand. If you're injured, wait until your doctor or physiotherapist clears you to train. Then we'll look at what is manageable and adapt exercises where we can. We don't treat injuries; if in doubt, we'll refer you to your healthcare provider.
What should I bring?
You don't need to bring any training equipment; it's all available at the gym. Wear comfortable sports clothes that let you move freely. A water bottle is handy to have.
Can I train independently without coaching?
Yes. With Wolfpack Base, you train independently at your own pace, with basic workouts in the app. During classes and at fixed coach hours there is still a coach for practical questions.
Can I drop by first for a quick tour?
Yes. You can have a look around the gym and ask a coach any practical questions.
Can I try a group class first?
Yes, your first group class is free. The schedule shows which classes offer a trial session.
