What a class includes

An hour and a half of coaching, warm-up and equipment included.

  • A coach for the group

Who builds the class, demonstrates and corrects, and who'll tell you when your technique slips.

  • Progressions at your level

Every exercise has an easier and a harder variation. You join in at the level you're at that day.

  • All the equipment

Rings, bars, parallettes, bands and weights. You only bring sportswear and water.

  • Book yourself in the app

You book your spot in the app, at least a day in advance. With a class card, one class comes off your card when you book.

A coach explains to a group how to build up a headstand against the wall

Train together. At your level.

We begin with a warm-up matched to the movements of the day. Then we work on technique and progressions: everyone practises the same movement, using a variation that suits their level.

Your coach demonstrates, moves around the group and corrects your technique. You do not need to be able to do a pull-up or handstand to join. After ninety minutes, including the cooldown, the class is finished.

View the class timetable

You do not need to be able to do a pull-up: your coach adapts the exercises to your level. Your first class is free.

Are group classes right for you?

You want to train with others and have a coach who plans, demonstrates and guides the class. The group gives you a regular time to work on strength and skills while you exercise at your own level.

  • Learn by joining in

You want to try calisthenics and see how to perform an exercise at your level.

  • Keep going together

The group gives you energy. A class in your calendar helps you keep training regularly.

  • Practise a skill

You want to work on a handstand, for example, with clear progressions and feedback from your coach.

  • Get a feel for the gym

You want to experience how we train and help each other. Your first class is free so you can find out for yourself.

What to expect from a group class

The coach divides attention between up to ten people. You get explanations and corrections, but not personal guidance on every repetition. If you need a programme built entirely around your goal, a group class offers less individual planning. You follow the structure and times of the timetable. This may fit less well if you mainly want to choose your own exercises and training times.

Questions about group classes

What you'll want to know before you book your first class.

How much does a group class cost?

A single class costs €22. A 10-class card costs €200 for ten classes, valid for 90 days. Your first class is a free trial class.

Do I need to be able to do a pull-up?

No. Every level is welcome. Every exercise has a progression: if you can't do a pull-up yet, you work with a band or negative reps. That's exactly the road to your first one.

How long is a class?

An hour and a half, warm-up included.

Which classes are there?

Several classes a week, such as Calisthenics Krachttraining, Reps en Sets, Wolfpack HIIT and Handstand. The live timetable is further down this page.

How many people are in a class?

A maximum of 10, so the coach can give everyone as much attention as possible and correct each person's form.

How do I book a class?

You reserve your spot in the app, at least a day in advance: with a single class or with your class card. You book your first class through the trial class page. Which classes allow that is shown in the overview above; there's no trial for the Sunday Handstand class.

What should I bring?

Sportswear you can move freely in, and water. That's it.

What if I miss a class?

Cancel your spot in the app as soon as you know you can't make it, so someone else can join.
