What you take away from the hour
You pay for a measurement and honest advice. Afterwards you know where you stand, what's holding you back and which route fits that.
Five measurements, always the same
Pull-ups, dips, hollow body, front lever tuck and shoulder mobility, all measured the same way as for everyone. We go through what they say about where you stand together, right away.
Your bottleneck, named
We name the one thing that holds the rest back, instead of handing you five points to work on. It's often something other than you thought.
The route that goes with it
Which route fits that result and why: the Evolve Pack, Coaching by Wolfpack, Wolfpack Base or the group classes. Also when the answer is that you don't need to sign up for anything with us.
- You pay once, with no membership and no obligation.
- You decide yourself whether and when you start. We won't chase you with phone calls.
Who is the assessment for?
For anyone who wants to get stronger with calisthenics and doesn't want to gamble on random exercises or a package that might not fit.
You're a beginner
You don't need a pull-up, a handstand or any experience. We look at where you stand now and build from there.
You're stuck
You already train, but your skills or strength have stalled. We look for what's holding you back: your technique, your mobility or how your training is built.
You want to train efficiently
You don't have much time and want to know what brings the most for your goal, with the hours you have.
What happens during the hour?
The hour has four fixed parts. First we talk, then we measure, then we correct your technique, and at the end we choose your next step together.
Intake
We go over your goal, your training history, any injuries, the time you have and what you've tried so far.
Level check
We do five fixed measurements, adapted to your level and to any injuries.
Technical feedback
The coach corrects you on the spot on the movements that matter for your goal, so you feel for yourself what changes.
Choosing a route
At the end you get concrete advice: the Evolve Pack, Coaching by Wolfpack, Wolfpack Base, group classes or something else first.
What exactly we measure
We measure five things, always the same way. If you continue with us and we measure again later, we see exactly what changed. That's a lot more honest than a feeling.

Pull-ups
How many strict reps you can do, with full control over the movement.
Pulling strength · technique · control
What should you bring?
Keep it simple. We'll take care of the coaching and equipment.
- Sportswear you can move freely in
- Trainers or clean indoor shoes
- Water
- A short explanation of your goal or your biggest question
- Information about injuries or limitations, if relevant
Still have questions?
A few practical answers before you book your session.
Do I need to be strong already to start?
No. The assessment is there to determine your starting level. You don't need a pull-up or any experience: we measure where you stand now and build from there.
Do I have to choose a package straight afterwards?
No. You get advice and decide yourself, now or later. If Wolfpack doesn't suit you, we'll tell you that too.
What do I get for the €59?
Sixty minutes one-on-one with a coach, including the measurements and advice. Afterwards you know where you stand, what your biggest bottleneck is and which route suits you. It's a one-off amount: no subscription and no obligation to sign up for anything afterwards.
What if I have an injury?
Let us know in advance. If you're still injured, wait until your doctor gives you the green light. After that we adapt the measurements and only test what is safe and useful.
Where does the assessment take place?
In the Wolfpack Calisthenics gym, De Lescluzestraat 64, 2600 Berchem, not far from Antwerp city centre and from Antwerpen-Berchem station.
